These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Limelight (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other usage controls.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by Limelight and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-engine results will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limelight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
